The Neighbors Helping Neighbors program is targeted to provide community support for individuals over 70 years old and people 18 and older with a temporary or permanent disability.
Join our community support network today. Volunteers can help with with household chores, yard work, transportation, or would enjoy a companion.
If someone does not have internet access or a device to sign up, they can call 860-430-4557 to be registered by our team.
We are working on recruiting volunteers in all of our funded towns. We are looking for people that want to help us spread the word to grow, sign up today!
