Mrs. Clause at the computer

Why Mrs. Claus Is Brushing Up on Her Skills

We all know Mrs. Claus as the true engine behind the North Pole. Sure, Santa gets the headlines, the cookies, and the milk but let’s be honest: without Mrs. Claus, the whole operation would fall apart faster than a gingerbread house in July.

But even icons age, and lately Mrs. Claus has realized something important: she needs to take better care of her eyesight and her tech skills. After all, she’s juggling an entire household, coordinating elf schedules, managing toy inventory, navigating reindeer appointments, and still trying to keep Santa on track with his MyChart reminders. (Someone has to make sure he gets those blood pressure checks!)

First Things First: Vision Matters, Even at the North Pole

Mrs. Claus recently noticed she was squinting more, was that Dasher or Dancer out in the snow? And was that “elf toy production report” suddenly in size 8 font? Aging eyes affect everyone, including magical beings, and proper vision care is essential for maintaining health, independence, and overall well-being.

Getting regular eye exams isn’t a luxury; it’s a necessity.

The better she sees, the easier it is to manage all the tasks that keep Christmas running smoothly. Plus, trying to read Santa’s handwriting without the right glasses… well, no one deserves that.

Tech Skills: Because Even Mrs. Claus Needs to Know Her MyChart

Think about it: Mrs. Claus may be old, but that doesn’t mean she magically understands every new app that pops up on her phone.

She’s learning:
?How to use MyChart to manage her health information
?How to access telehealth appointments from anywhere (even the sleigh)
?How to store important documents digitally
?What two-factor authentication is… and why the elves keep telling her not to share her passwords

Staying connected is a crucial part of maintaining your health, especially when your doctor is located on the other side of the world.

And About That Retirement Plan…

This part is no joke: Mrs. Claus may or may not have a 401(k) or pension. For years, she’s been the primary caregiver, raising the Claus kids, running the household, and supporting Santa’s global operation.

But without a paid job or documented employment history, she has to rely heavily on Santa’s income and that could be a serious issue if anything ever happened to him. Financial security and access to benefits shouldn’t depend on whether you were the one working outside the home or the one working nonstop inside it.holiday card 1
