Get support from your neighbors – Neighbors Helping Neighbors

Our programs are targeted to help people over 70 years old and/or age 18+ with a temporary or permanent disability. Do you or someone you know need help with household chores, yard work, transportation, or would like a companion? If you know someone who does not have the internet or does not have a device to sign themselves up, they can call 860-430-4557 to be signed up by our team.

Community Members enjoy visits from our Volunteers. These Community Deeds can help you get a few more things done, especially if your routine puts you at increased risk for falling, taking the stairs, or lifting heavy items. Having help can improve your mood and decrease your stress, and just give you the peace of mind of knowing you have someone who cares about you.
