Get community support from your neighbors
Our Neighbors Helping Neighbors program is targeted to provide community support for individuals over 70 years old and/or age 18+ with a temporary or permanent disability. Join community support if you or someone you know needs assistance with household chores, yard work, transportation, or would like a companion. If someone does not have internet access or a device to sign up, they can call 860-430-4557 to be registered by our team.
We are working on recruiting volunteers in all of our funded towns. We are looking for people that want to help us spread the word in the following towns:
